<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><DIV STYLE="font-size:12pt"><P><SPAN>Pavement Segments serve as the basic units for planning pavement maintenance treatment and reconstruction activity by the Bureau of Highway's Infrastructure Management Division. Each segment is a length of road that has similar pavement condition and other characteristics that makes it suitable for the entire stretch to be paved and/or treated at one time. The segment geometry is derived from -- and is a subset of -- the Street Centerlines feature class. The features and attributes in this layer are sourced from the v_Pavement_CL view in the Road Inventory (dpwroadinv production) database and are copied nightly into the fc_Pavement_CL feature class in the VWDPWGE-Highways database. Changes made to the condition ratings data in the Road Inventory will be reflected in the attributes of this layer following the nightly update.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
