Description: This feature class shows the County-Maintained Streets that are used for the ROW Permitting App. Before the creation of this feature class, the Accela ROW Permitting App used the Road Class from the BOH Road Inventory. The Road Class attribute is was retired and the FCC designation from the Street Centerlines feature class (maintained by OIT-GIS, FCC attribute designated by OPZ and Transportation). The feature class was made by copying the v_Streets_CL_PROD in the GE Server which is a derived table/view from the dpwroadinv Prod database. An attribute rule is assigned to the feature class to "collapse" the two arterial FCC designations (Minor Arterial and Principal Arterial) into just "Arterial." The layer that is used in the Accela Permitting App is filtered to just County maintained roads and symbolized on Road Class

Description: This feature class was derived from the Zip_Codes feature class in the Administration Dataset of the GE server (a copy of the official Zip Codes feature class maintained by OITGIS). The ROW Zone field of the Zip Codes feature class was populated for each zip code with an assigned zone number and dissolved to create this feature class. The boundaries were then clipped to the County boundary to obtain the shoreline areas. A new field called “ROW Inspector” was added and the records were attributed with the appropriate ROW inspector associated with each ROW Zone. The layer and map is used for Accela ROW Permit applications. Last update was 11/25/25.
