<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><DIV STYLE="font-size:12pt"><P><SPAN>Pavement Segments serve as the basic units for planning pavement maintenance treatment and reconstruction activity by the Bureau of Highway's Infrastructure Management Division. Each segment is a length of road that has similar pavement condition and other characteristics that makes it suitable for the entire stretch to be paved and/or treated at one time. The segment geometry is derived from -- and is a subset of -- the Street Centerlines feature class. The features and attributes in this layer are sourced from the v_Pavement_CL view in the Road Inventory (dpwroadinv production) database and are copied nightly into the fc_Pavement_CL feature class in the VWDPWGE-Highways database. Any programming changes made in the Road Inventory will be reflected in this layer's symbology following the nightly update, indicating the planned or completed treatment type for each road. The label identifies the year the work has been competed or is planned to be completed.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
