Service Description: This read-only map service exposes data identifying fully-blocked or partially-blocked roads entered into Emergency Service Requests (ESRs) in the DPW VUEWorks Asset Management System by Bureau of Highways and Bureau of Utility Operations personnel during emergency storm response operations. This service is consumed by the county's Road Closure Board operated by the Emergency Operations Center, where it is combined with reported road closures from Police, Fire, and other sources
There is no time filter applied to the underlying query, so qualifying ESRs from all time periods (beginning Sept 2021) are included. Users and consuming applications are expected to apply their own time filter to limit the display to blockages reported during a specific storm event.

Description: This map service displays point locations for VUEWorks Emergency Service Requests (ESRs) having the Issue Type set to ESR and the Road Blocked field set to either Fully Blocked or Partially Blocked. The service queries the VUEWorks database directly and updates in real-time when an ESR is created or modified in the VUEworks application.
The point locations are symbolized to indicate whether the road locations are Partially Blocked or Fully Blocked, and whether the ESR itself is Open or Closed.
There is no time filter applied to the underlying query, so qualifying ESRs from all time periods (beginning Sept 2021) are included. Users and consuming applications are expected to apply their own time filter to limit the display to blockages reported during a specific storm event.
