This dataset was developed through the Plan2040 General Development Plan process by identifying parcels, on which the planned land use designation changed to make it consistent with the zoning, the parcel boundary, or the existing development type and density. This data was adopted by the County Council on May 3rd, 2021 and is effective as of June 27th, 2021.<\/SPAN><\/P>
