When the Work Order is closed, the hydrant feature is no longer carried on the service.  The service monitors work orders created for Fire Hydrant Install/Replace [83], Fire Hydrant Repair [124], Fire Hydrant Maintenance [163], and Investigate Fire Hydrant [186] activities.",
